[Mozile] Save failed / insufficient privileges

Hi,

 

I would like to use the Mozile editor to make life easier for the
translators of my website (and for myself).

Unfortunately, I am experiencing a problem with saving files to a local
disk. 

 

If I open a web page with Mozile editor on my local computer, I can save the
file to my local disk but if I open web page that is hosted on a remote
server, it does not allow me to save the file to my hard disk. I receive the
following error message: "Save failed! Insufficient privileges".

 

I read somewhere that this could have something to do with the security
settings of  Firefox. Even when I changed the settings to the most insecure,
the save still fails.

 

Does anybody have an idea what I can do to enable 'save to file'? 

 

I would prefer 'save to post' but I am not a programmer and I am afraid that
goes way above my head. I would already be extremely grateful if someone can
help me fix the LocalFile problem. However, if anyone can point me to a page
or website that explains how HTTPPost works, that would be really nice.
