[Mozile] broken editor and xss filter

Hi all

I'm new on mozile, hope my questions are not too stupid.

I try to make a page editable:

but mozile das not really work.
What's wrong with it?

The second thing is the XSS filter.
Is this ok for xhtml:
http://lamp2.fh-stpoelten.ac.at/~lbz/beispiele/ws2006/dirtree/scriptfilter.xslt
Is there a ready to use working xhtml (+xhtml subtrees) xss filter
written in xslt
somewhere?
