[Mozile] Changing content type.

In the Firefox overlay I added the orient=horizontal and it now works.

                <arrowscrollbox orient="horizontal" id="mozile-arrowbox" 
flex="1"/>

My guess is that the default is vertical, and it was trying to scroll 
vertically rather than horizontally. Also, the hack that was in the 
toolbar refresh code is not needed any more, so this is one part that is 
an improvement in Fx 2.0
