[Mozile] Mozile 0.7.3 Released

	Mozile 0.7.3 has been released, fixing the major bugs with 0.7.2.  
CVS tag is "Mozile0-7-3". Once the mirrors update, get it here:

	I've tested on Mac OS X 10.4.4 under Firefox 1.5, 1.0.7, Seamonkey  
1.0, and Mozilla 1.7.12. I've also tested Firefox 1.5 under Windows  
2000, but using VirtualPC for this is torture. There are just too  
many platforms for me to test them all thoroughly. More automation  
might help. I'll see if I can dig up a Windows/Linux box.

	Major Features:
- Fixed dialog sizing bug under Windows.
- Worked around toolbar menu bug under Mozilla 1.7.11 & 1.7.12.
- Improved Extension's make-document-editable feature.
- Improved caret handling.
- General cleanup of JavaScript warnings.
