Since I don't have to the time to do it myself I am posting the following on the list. My apologies if it's against the list's policy... I have need of the MozIAX to act a a simple channel / softphone integrated into Firefox and my web application. What I need to happen is: 1. When a tel:// URL is clicked, a new call starts, hanging up any existing calls. 2. When a new call arrives MozIAX hangs up any existing calls and answers the incoming call. 3. A special tel:// URL exists (tel://hangup) that when clicked simple closes any existing MozIAX calls. 4. There is no need for more than a single call at a time. Thus no need to put calls on hold or mute/unmute them. Hanging up other calls is actually required! 5. Running in both Linux and Windows preferred but running in only one of them is still acceptable. However, (1) - (4) must happen without a UI coming up (except maybe the splash screen when MozIAX first loads). Is anyone willing to take on this task? What would you charge? How long until it is coded? Since I am on a strict deadline, please answer soon if you are interested. The code will be under the existing MozIAX licence (dual GPL/Mozilla). Ideally it should be completed before the 20th of June. Our real hard limit is the 23rd, but I would like to use the weekend (21st and 22nd) to make some tests and maybe some small adjustments and integrate it with our solution.
