MozIAX is just a softphone, specifically using the IAX protocol for Mozilla. Its not a Internet based phone service. If you want to use MozIAX for outbound calls to Canada, then google for "canada unlimited IAX2". That should show you a number of operators that provide IAX2 based services to Canada. To use MozIAX head to http://moziax.modev.org and click on installation.
