From k.mueller at portrix.net Fri Jul 6 02:02:31 2007 From: k.mueller at portrix.net (=?ISO-8859-15?Q?Knud_M=FCller?=) Date: Fri, 06 Jul 2007 11:02:31 +0200 Subject: [Moziax] Too many calls, we're busy! Message-ID: <468E0527.8050002@portrix.net> Hi, we are using the mozphone together with an asterisk 1.2.18. The mozphone logs in and is called in the dialplan by a dialcommand. The mozphone is set to autoanswer, I have not yet figured out if that changes something. Randomly the mozphone replies in iax2 debug "Too many calls, we're busy!", even if the mozphone has never had a call and just logged in. I think it is caused by something in the iaxclient library, there are some commented lines in iaxclient_lib.c like: //iax_reject(e->session, "Too many calls, we're busy!"); //frik: replaced this with busy instead As this is uncommented there are only two possibilities for this line to occur in the asterisk log: 1. The Line was uncommented recently/or even after the iaxclient library found its way into mozphone 2. Its somewhere else and I have overseen Shall I update the iaxclient library in my testenvironment to figure out if this happens too with the newer library - will a newer library work at all? A newer library will not work without some modifications (I've sent a patch of my modifications to old libiaxclient on the mailing list, if you're interested). I don't know if it would solve this problem. I've tried using newer versions of the library but some problems (reported on the list or in my test environment) appear where old version did work fine... You should be able to test by starting network_client in a console, then starting MozPhone from Firefox. Now before building the XPI, there are some modifications needed in the javascript file: chrome/content/mozphone/mozphone.js at line 345. You need to find how to start network_client; maybe doing like for Linux would be OK. Then you can look at the script mkxpi.sh to understand how to make the XPI. > > > On 6/5/07, *Jean-Denis Girard* < jd.girard at sysnux.pf > > wrote: > > Adam B a ?crit : > > Hi, I'm still here, just been busy. > > The patches I was linked to I could not work out how to apply so if > > someone can send me just the source code with patches already applied > > then I'll gladly build and test on my Macbook. > Hi Adam, > > Here is the patched iaxclient library, sorry for delay. Hi Knud, trunk version of libiaxclient. I didn't try it but from what I've read on the libiaxclient mailing list, there have been changes in the building procedure, and for windows it requires Visual Studio and some MS SDK. Since I plan to deploy mozphone jn call centers, i need the phones to cofigure their preferences by themselves, so i only may need to store the url from where the web configuration service resides, if it fails it then shoul try to use the drfaults. Apart from it, i need to implement a sort of kiosk mode, so stupid call ceter agents won't modify anything and screw their configuratins. I'll try to implement fist the dynmic http preferences feature, by using ajax and the current preferences system On 3/24/07, Andrzej Baginski wrote: > On Thu, 22 Mar 2007, Jean-Denis Girard wrote: > > > Marcello Golfieri a ?crit : > >> Hi!
