[Moziax] auto-start

I can't reproduce that. I just checked autostart in preferences, 
restarted Firefox, MozPhone starts as exepected. If I close MozPhone but 
continue using Firefox, surf the web, open new tabs, ..., MozPhone 
doesn't start again.
