[Moziax] transfers

Greetings. Thanks for such convenient softphone. It is very convenient
to use... But has noticed 2 bugs connected with transfers:
 - If to do a transfer by means mozphone pressing the letter ' T ' the
transfer is carried out, but it is somehow strange, it is carried out
hangup the initiator of a transfer in a unknown context and variable $
{BLINDTRANSFER} nothing is appropriated, though the name of the
initiator of a transfer should be appropriated. Thus if to do a
transfer through #1 in features.conf all works as should.
- If to do attended transfer through #2 in features.conf the transfer
is carried out, but instead of attended transfer, it is carried out
blind transfer, i.e. at the initiator of a transfer Hangup.
