when MozIAX receives an inbound call, the pop up should have an option
(CANCEL|OK|HOLD) to:
HOLD - which will answer the call and immediately put it on hold (agents
who are already talking on the queue, want to be able to do this, rather
than telling call 1, please hold, then answer call 2, tell them to please
hold, then go back to call 1)
also, have we played with voice mail status?
