have you given thought to having small click able letters on each call 
frame in the main window that are shortcuts

 	H	Hangup
 	M	Mute
 	O	hOld
 	T	Transfer
 	E	tExt

also, mute and hold should be delinked, i.e. you should be able to MUTE a 
call, then HOLD it, then unmute it (without unholding it) or HOLD a call, 
and then send it on mute ...

call status flags can highlight the Letter as well, to show current stat

received/dialed calls, should have optional config to show date/timestamp?

are we treating missed calls as separate to received/answered calls?

we need to be able to save profiles (with different server/username and or 
complete config profile) and ideally not require a restart between changes 
in configs, or even if it does restart, to do so automatically
