[Moziax] Call Appearance

Hi,

I just tried with one call appearance set in preferences: it seems that 
if second call comes in moziax does refuses it, but a second call can be 
originated from moziax. I'll have a look at that and try to make a new 
release soon: I have a few other bugs corrected here.
