[Moziax] New release

Hi list,

I've released version 0.9.11 of MozPhone, with the following changes:
  . call number selected from web page,
  . use libiaxclient from Mihai Balea branch (SVN 584),
  . fixed command line argument -phone,
  . fixed bug when receiving text with text window closed after being 
opened.

The new functionality works like this: select the number from a web 
page, then right click and choose "MozPhone > xxxxxx" on Firefox's 
context menu. Spaces are stripped but other than that the selected 
string is not modified, so make sure it is a valid number.

Command line argument is for running MozPhone without opening the 
browser window (try "firefox -phone" or  "firefox -phone 123456"). 
Browser is still accessible through MozPhone main popup menu.

The critical change here is the switch to Mihai's libiaxclient: I hope 
it won't hurt anybody. The reason I decided to switch is better sound 
quality for me on Linux (I've noticed no difference on Windows). Mihai 
asked for feedback on the libiaxclient, so if you have good or bad 
things to say about this change, I will relay to him.
