explains how to install an extension globally. I have not verified it
works with MozPhone, please keep us informed.

MozPhone depends on iaxclient lib, which only supports ringing through
an audio device.

I will change status bar text to include username: user at server
I don't want to clutter the window, so I don't know how to add
confirmation of input / ouput / ringing devices.
