[Moziax] Thinstation... another time

It seems that there is anotrher probleme with network_client and port 9998.
We often have the following message :

ERREUR FATALE : impossible de se connecter à "network_client" le programme va s''arreter.

in english approx) : Fatal error : Impossible to connect to "network_client" Programm   will close down.

We had that on machines w on which Moziax worked properly before.

We looked thru a debugger and noticed that connexion was not made.
