[Moziax] MozPhone 0.9.14 is ready

Hi list,

I've uploaded a new version of MozPhone. Changes are listed below.

I've reverted libiaxclient to the old version (available in svn 
branches/oldtrunk, modified with qualify patch), because at least one 
user reported failure, and separate ring is not working.

* 20060820 release -0.9.14
  . DTMF feedback (bug #13991)
  . Preference to open URL in new tab / new window / existing window
(bug #14931)
  . Change install.rdf: maxVersion=2.* as MozPhone works fine with 
Firefox-2.0b1
  . Keyboard shortcuts are back and expanded (backspace supported)
  . Reverted to iaxclient/oldtrunk with qualify patch
  . New preference hide_cid to hide CID (not available from 
preferences dialog,	add manually to .mozphone/prefs)
  . Changed accept dialog to be always top window, at the center of the 
screen
  . Corrected bug in network_client.c that stopped ringing sound to early
  . Corrected typo in text.xul (onclose must call txt_close() not 
text_close())
  . Add background image to main window.
