It seems that extension installation has changed with version 1.5 of
Firefox, and MozIAX has not been ported yet, so I don't think it can
work with automatic installation. That's why I recommend Firefox-1.0.7.

Also you should try starting firefox from a console, and you will see
MozIAX messages; this could help understand your problem
