[Moziax] New version 0.9.7

Hi,

Version-0.9.7 is ready !

Changes since previous version include:
  . No need for restart on network changes
  . Hold / Mute: you can now mute, then hold, then unmute, unhold, etc.
  . Accept call and immediately put it on hold
  . Clickable letters in call frame duplicate pop-up menu
  . correct duplicate postmessage in libiaxclient on Windows

I'm not sure I like the clickable letters, I'll probably make this a 
preference...

Network profiles would now be easy to implement: need modification to 
the preferences dialog, maybe with a select list at the top of network 
tab, and then all the logic. Nothing difficult I think, but still some 
hours to spend on that.

This version has been lightly tested...

Unfortunately MozPhone installation still hasn't been ported to
Firefox-1.5, you will need to stay with FF-1.0.7 to use it. I'll try to
address that in the future.
