The UI appears to work fine, but when I examine request headers either using another Firefox extension (i.e. Live HTTP Headers or Firebug) or another tool such as Wireshark, I don't see that request headers defined in Modify Headers are actually being sent. I've enabled logging and it seems that the app-startup topic is not being observed by the ModifyHeadersProxy object, hence the http-on-modify-request topic is not being registered with the observer service. I've seen these results in Firefox 3 Beta 2 as well as Beta 3 on both Windows XP and Mac OS X 10.4. Has anyone else seen this? Could this be a Firefox bug?
