[Mirrors] mirrors.wikifusion.info is providing wrong Content-Type for XPI downloads

mirrors.wikifusion.info provides a mirror service for mozdev.org
(http://mirrors.wikifusion.info/mozdev/).

Some of our users reported that the server is sending the incorrect
Content-Type for .xpi files; it is currently serving them as text/plain
whereas they should be application/x-xpinstall.

Typically (for Apache setups) all that is required is to add a line similar to
the following in the appropriate section:
AddType application/x-xpinstall xpi

If you need any more information or help with making this change, feel free to
let me know. Please write back or update bug#17733
(https://www.mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=17733) when you have made the
change so we can verify things look better.
