[Mirrors] Confirmation requests for admin emails and services

I will be sending out emails to all mirrors shortly to accomplish several 
things:
1) Correct admin email address
2) Correct services offered
3) Determine what regions/countries each mirror would like to ideally serve

I'm rolling out a new mirror management system for Mozdev.org which will 
include the ability to redirect users to their closest mirror, but I would 
like to confirm that I have the above information correct in our system 
first.

If you administer a mirror for Mozdev.org and do not get an email from me 
today, please contact me directly with the above information.

Another result of this information update is that the mirrors listed at 
http://mirrors.mozdev.org will be much more accurate.  I'm aware that there 
are several mirrors on there right now that don't work, and several new 
mirrors that aren't listed.  I'll be taking care of that shortly.
