[Mirrors] Problem with devlib on XUL msn messenger xpi

Hi,

I've been trying to install 
http://downloads.mozdev.org/msnmsgr/msnmsgr-0.6.2.xpi

from mozdev and couldn't. 
After "good" downloads, I am getting strange XML
errors, and it seems devlib is sending a bogus
content-type header (namely, PK).

I also got
