[Mirrors] mirror question

You are free to theme your mirror server as you see fit; as long as the 
content is not objectionable and the service is good we will probably link to 
it.

However, our mirrors are mostly masked by downloads.mozdev.org.  We redirect 
to the file on servers, but most likely the user will never see anything on 
the mirror's web pages.

If you would like to see how other mirror services have decided to brand their 
mirrors, feel free to check out some of the mirrors on mirrors.mozdev.org.
