This was fixed yesterday shortly after I noticed the problem. It as just 
a simple path issue in the sync script creating bogus symlinks.

I noticed the downloads folders are still on the OSL main mirror.

I would think --delete would take care of it because the source machine 
doesn't t have those folders anymore.
