[MinimizeToTray] Restoring windows after explorer crash issue

Whenever anoying Explorer.exe crashed, it rebuilds the taskbar/sys tray
icons. If I have firefox window minized before the crash, there is no way to
restore it back. After explorer recovers and rebuilds taskbar, it doesn't
show the miminized firefox icon in sys tray. I have to kill firfox from Task
Manager and restart it. This, unfortunately, means loosing all the work.

Can you fix this. If you can't, can you add an option to add icon or a menu
entry that will list all windows. Basically it will allow to switch.

So, if I go to Tools -> MinimizedToTray -> Active Windows -> (list of all
windows) and select one of them, it will restore that window from system
tray.

The windows are still there, just no way to access them.
