[MinimizeToTray] Error Message

Recently I started getting an error msg: "Minimize to Tray-Component 
Load Error".  "Cannot find binary component".  [OK]   I never installed 
this file in the first place so I don't know why this is happening! I 
cannot access my browser without clicking "OK" and just about everything 
I want to access requires me to do the same. How can I get rid of this 
annoying error message? If I move the file "minimizetotray" to the 
Recycle Bin I cannot access my browser home page or Mail & Newsgroup. Is 
it possible to get rid of this error message and have the system revert 
back to it's prior state? My O.S. is Win 2K. My browser is Mozilla. I 
also have Firefox installed but seldom use it.
