[MinimizeToTray] Bug / Request for improvement for double click to restore

Hi,

Fact: Most tools that are in the tray pops up a context menu on the release of
the click.
Issue: Because the thunderbird icon disappear when you double click, on windows
you still get one more release event. But in between the icon disappeared so
windows reshuffle your tray and what happened to be under your mouse will get
the release and thus will most likely display its menu. Making it annoying when
restoring thunderbird.

So the suggestion I have to solve this issue is to always keep the icon in the
tray.
