[MinimizeToTray] question

I put Thunderbird in startup on windows registery and automatically 
checks for new messanger.   my question is that exists any possibility 
to start thunderbird minimized at Windows load,  a string or something 
like "C:/Program Files/Mozilla Thunderbird/thunderbird.exe /startintray" 
(this option works with SpySweeper) or an option for MinimizeToTray.
