[MinimizeToTray] Feature request : blink for thunderbird

Hi there !

I guess you're currently working hard on the "turbo" feature, but I 
would like to request a simple feature, even if I'm not sure that's the 
right place to do it :p

I think it would be really useful if the thunderbird tray icon would 
blink upon the reception of new messages, as long as you don't open the 
window. Thanks to mtt, I keep thunderbird open all day, but I sometimes 
miss the arrival of messages when I'm not in front of the screen, and I 
must open the window regularly to check... If the icon would blink, like 
mIRC's one does, it would be so much nicer !!
