[MinimizeToTray] Dialog window pop-ups causes mail client to spring out from system tray.

Hi there,

    Is there a way to prevent the mail client to get out of system tray 
every time a dialog window pops up? After which you click a button on 
the dialog box (some warning or perhaps information) the mail client 
will spring out from its tray mode to maximized mode. Probably a fix for 
a new version? :D Rather annoying to have to minimized it to the tray 
all the time.
