[MinimizeToTray] Icon in the tray is ugly

Hi all,

Pls find attachment for my task icon by minimizedtotray.
It's so ugly. Why am I experiencing this?
I'm using GeForce5700VE based video card and normal Thunderbird icon has
no problem.
Someone pls help.
