The Seamonkey problem has been fixed.  You can find an update about it 
here: http://minimizetotray.mozdev.org/installation.html

I want to fix the Mozilla tray menu bug.  I fixed a similar bug in 
Sunbird not too long ago.  So hopefully I can figure out the problem 
with Mozilla Suite.
