[MinimizeToTray] question about ALT+TAB feature

Hi there,

First of all i really want to thank you guys for this project.
I have one question about this extension.I am linux and windows user 
too, and i more often use the combination of ALT+TAB to switch between 
applications , and there is the main problem. When i minimize the 
mozilla(firefox or thunderbird [often both] ) the applications is gone 
from this menu , and i can't switch to browser/mail agent with keyboard 
only.Is there any option for this case? Do you guys have a idea to 
implement this feature in question or not?
