[MinimizeToTray] minimize windows

I think you were referring to the Compose window.  Before, we allowed 
both the Compose email window and the Thunderbird Window to be minimized 
to the tray.  Now, we only allow for the main Thunderbird window to be 
minimized.  This is by design.
