[MinimizeToTray] Tip for Thunderbird Calendar Extension Users

Ordinarily the tray area icons for Thunderbird and the Thunderbird 
Calender Extension are visibly indistinguishable. But by following 
this procedure taken from the minimizetotray FAQ section, Thunderbird 
and the Calendar Extension will have visibly distinguishable icons:

1. Go to the Mozilla Thunderbird Application folder (usually 
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird\)
2. Go to the folder: chrome\icons\default
3. Replace messengerWindow.ico with a mail icon of your choice.

Upon restart the Thunderbird icon will be the icon you replaced the 
messengerWindow.ico with, and the Calendar Extension will still have 
the old, familiar Mozilla Thunderbird icon.
