[MinimizeToTray] MtT minimizing problem

After installing MtT both for Firefox and Thunderbird, when I minimize 
the windows to the tray, the windows pop down, pop up again and the 
icons still appear in the tray.
I have tried uninstalling the extensions but I still have the same 
proplem for both applications. No matter what, the windows stay up and 
the icons appear in the tray.
I then tried to install the extensions again but to no avail, same problem.
Please help me fix this because this is getting quite annoying, not 
being able to minimize my windows..
