[MinimizeToTray] Mimize bug

I dont really know where to post these but here is a bug that I 
constantly run into. I have minimize to tray on minimize on. If you drag 
an attached image to the taskbar its suppose to minimize all windows to 
the desktop but I dont want it to automatically send thunderbird to the 
tray. Is it possible to get an option to disable this, mabye to also 
disable when you click the show desktop button.
