[MinimizeToTray] dll error

I am getting the following error after install both in Firefox and 
Thunderbird 1.5.0.2

Cannot find binary component: Please make sure you have the required 
DLLS before installing the extension

I checked the docs and there is no DLL install mentioned.

Any ideas ?
