[MinimizeToTray] Extension Not Working

Hello, 

I tried to install this extension to both firefox and thunderbird. I am
running Firefox 1.5.0.2 and Thunderbird 1.5. I encountered error with this
extension when it says that it has a "component load error", "cannot find
binary component, make sure you have the required DLLs before installing
extension". I am running Windows XP. 

Please advise,
