[MinimizeToTray] doesn't work

I've just installed the minimizeToTray extension, and as soon as I open 
Thunderbird, I get the "Cannot find binary component" error. I ignored 
this as advised by the FAQ, but the extension doesn't work at all. When 
I minimize, Thunderbird just sits in the taskbar as usual. Also, each 
time I restart Thunderbird, I get the same "Component Load Error". Any 
ideas on what could be going on?
