[MinimizeToTray] minimize to tray doesn't work with Firefox or Thunderbird 1.5

I've tried manually installing the extension and that doesn't seem to work either.  Is there some trick involved or are we just behind a update?  From reading the comments, I can tell I'm not the only one.
