[MinimizeToTray] problem with extension.

I have installed this extension before but have never had this problem.
Cannot find binary component: Please make sure you have the required 
DLLs before installing the extension.

I checked the FAQ and help of your site... it says that it should go 
away after one launch. but it doesnt. every time i launch this error 
popup and the extension does not work properly.
