[MinimizeToTray] bug

I keep getting the following error:


/*Cannot find binary component:
Please make sure you have the required DLLs before installing the 
extension.*/


Just what DDL file is missing??  I am using Thunderbird version 1.5 
(20051201) on
XP home with SP2 on HP 700 Mhz w/256 Mbs of memory. I have downloaded 
and installed
the extension directly from the mozdev.org.
