[MinimizeToTray] minimizetotray for xulrunner

Hi people,

I would like to know if the authors/maintainers of MinimizeToTray
would like to add this important feature to xulrunner. I am
currently implementing a xulrunner-base app that needs it.
I can help if needed.

If answer is no, can I reuse your code in a GPL app ? How ? Are
there some things I should know before trying ?
