It appears that you're using multiple other extensions. While we've
done our best to fix extension incompatibilities, Menu Editor does
things that are likely to conflict with extensions we haven't tested.

Since I don't have much time to devote to Menu Editor, could you
figure out which extension(s) conflict with ME by disabling your
extensions one by one, and then try to reproduce the problem starting
with a clean profile. When you figure this out, please either mail me
or file a bug in mozdev bugzilla about the issue, listing the steps I
need to follow to reproduce the bug starting with a new Firefox
profile.

Before doing that, try setting the pref
"javascript.options.showInConsole" in about:config to the boolean
"true" and check if there are messages in the Error Console (Tools ->
Error Console)

No.

Yes. Also using "Reset All" in Menu Editor's options /should/ revert
menus back to normal, although it may not work in case of a major
conflict. Uninstalling Menu Editor will definitely undo any changes
you did to the menus. The customization information is stored in your
profile, so reinstalling Menu Editor will use the old customizations,
unless you delete the file with customizations manually (or use Reset
All)
