Quasi botch. The .MAFF file is supposed to have a subfolder in it even 
if there's only one page saved in the archive. This means the expanded 
folder holding the index.rdf and the index_files folder should look 
something like 
/C:/WINDOWS/TEMP/MAF/1111702570000001_991/1109246336489_752 instead.

 From what I can tell the unzip looks fine, it's the .MAFF file that's 
not good. Either that or the -d option isn't working as you expect and 
the subfolder in the .MAFF archive isn't being created when expanded.
