[Maf] clicking a maff won't open FF

Rob,
Since you are running 1.0.4, you may have MAF files associated with an
older version of FF, like 1.0, which may not exist anymore. Open up
Explorer, and go to Tools -> Folder Options -> File Types. Find the
.MAF and .MAFF extensions and click "Advanced". You'll see the &Open
shell verb and the path to the Firefox executable. If it's not pointing
to the right file, change it to the path of your current FF executable.
Note that you can't simply say "Change" in this dialog because the
Firefox program you see will be bound to the old FF path and you'll get
that odd behaviour, where you select it and nothing happens. Also, if in
Explorer you say "Open With", and choose Firefox and nothing happens,
most likely the FireFox program in the Explorer shell is bound to the
wrong path.
FireFox seems to automatically update the shell handlers for URLs and
HTML files and so on with every new version of their installer, but I
suppose other file extensions have to look out for themselves. I'll try
to determine exactly what's happening with FF, MAF associations, and the
Windows shell, and file it as a bug if necessary.
