[Maf] Problems saving multiple tabs in archive

Well MAF files are zip files, so you could always merge the two files 
outside of Firefox until I could figure out what your issue is. I just 
tried it and it worked fine, so it may be something that I've fixed in 
0.5.1 that in CVS right now.
