[Maf] stopped working - Windows Script Host?

I'd have to check the logs but I think since version 0.5.0 scripting was 
enabled by default. If it didn't find the executable used to run the 
script it defaulted to just using the batch files. It's in 0.5.1 in CVS 
for sure.

For those who have no idea what XPCompress is, it's a binary XPCOM 
component planned for development that will allow Zip files and 
eventually other compressed files to be created without having to run 
any of the complicated script stuff that I do in MAF. Allister coughing 
because he's promised to help me out with it for the longest while. Heh. 
Running in process and as a native component would mean I could 
eliminate all the scripts from MAF and get better tuned performance.
