[Maf] Problem reading MHT w/custom content-type header via the web

Hi all,
We use software that intercepts some HTTP requests coming from IE, gathers
the requested content, builds MHT file and sends it back to the client
browser with a new Content-type header = "message/rfc822". IE understands
this header and renders the content as MHT.
Now we'd like to migrate to Firefox w/MAF.
I tried to do the same with MAF 0.5 having associated it with .MHT files. It
works well when used with URLs w/o file name (e.g. www.server.com/), but it
doesn't work with URLs having explicit file extension (e.g.
www.server.com/index.html).
Does anybody have any idea how can we make Mozilla/MAF to belive that the
incoming content is actually MHT. Of course, we would like to do it w/o
rewriting the URL (e.g. www.server.com/index.mht is not a good solution for
us).
MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!
Anton.
